TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3M PAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Cryptocurrency values are volatile and can fluctuate significantly. You acknowledge that: crypto transactions are irreversible, cryptocurrency prices can change dramatically, regulatory changes may affect service availability, and you bear full responsibility for your trading decisions.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You waive any right to participate in class actions or collective arbitrations.
